Birthday daze

Posted by SkeletonGimp - January 31st, 2008

It's my brother's 18th birthday today, and he's based in Germany with his regiment in the British Army. He's intending to go for a 12 hour stretch of non-stop drinking. Being his older brother, and it being my twentieth birthday tomorrow {{1st Feb}} I said my record was 23 hours, set last year on a non-stop binge session lasting from 2pm in the afternoon till 1pm the next day, whereby by 2pm I fell asleep and awoke on the third day with a hangover that could kill a horse.

Here's the tally from that 23 hour feat:

Average unit comsumption per hour: 3, total units of alcohol consumed: lost count, but go with the idea that on average I drank a pint and a half each hour for an aproximate result of well over sixty. Total damage: Nausia for a week afterwards, three day hangover, hand shakes for one month after {{probebly due to the fact I didn't exactly stop drinking all together till a week after this feat when my mother found empty bottles behind my bed where I drank every evening a litre of whiskey}}

My brother duely replied by saying he'd go for the full 24 hours, meaning his last drink will be finished exactly 24 hours after his first, we go by exacts as you can tell.

Not being the weaker older brother I then retorted, saying I would do nothing but drink beer for 48 hours, starting from 7pm tomorrow, on my birthday, and finishing my last drink on 7pm on sunday, giving me till 3pm monday to recover from my hang over before college starts.

Bring it fucking on.

Oh, and yay for level up! Got a Wade style straight edge razor. Despite the fact I'm far from being a straight edge, or anyone who bothers to shave.
